Post Daily — Ensure that you are not just posting your buy links, or marketing information because people will unfollow you. Instead share great content that adds value for your customer. Give them coupons, funny videos, awesome quotes and even how to videos your customer would enjoy. When you’re thinking of what content to post it’s good to follow the 80% Social 20% Marketing Rule. This means for every 10 post you do each day, only 2 of them should be direct marketing post. If you follow this principal your social media accounts will grow.
Crawling refers to the way that search engines like Google browse the Internet, and indexing refers to how the crawled information is stored. When content is indexed, it can show up in results pages. But if your pages aren’t indexed, Google won’t know that they exist, which makes it impossible for them to rank your page in search results.
As for this list, you didn’t include a few tools that have been mainstays for me such as SalesPanda (www.salespanda.com) in Marketing Automation and Trello (www.trello.com) in Collaborating, but this is an excellent list nonetheless. Thanks for the post!

Collaboration — One of the main reasons you need to start using such a service right now. You can Invite people to folders you own so you can work together on your projects. Of course you can give users specific permissions. You can also create download links so people can download the content or a file you want to send them. It is very easy. Also you can create an upload link. This means you give permissions to people to upload files in your folder without having an account in the service.
I signed up for an LSN account and found out like 70,000 other people did too. They offer a lot of marketing tools (capture pages, email sender, auto-responder) at a really low cost. Basic membership is like $30. They also give you %100 COMMISSIONS too. System practically pays for itself. No joke. Perfect for marketing anything too. It’s FREE to create an account. How we use Hotjar: User research can be incredibly powerful stuff. I find great value in seeing how someone interacts with blog posts. How much of the post do they read? Where do they pause? What do they click? Seeing all this information helps me design my posts in a clearer way.
Among the other challenges business must overcome to achieve better digital marketing results include a lack of training and expertise, an inability to prove a return on investment and increasing competition.
Your blogs should have clearly definable, helpful topics. They should not read like sales pitches; you have other methods (like email) that are much more effective for selling. Instead, use blog posts to share newsworthy topics, or provide an expert’s insight with simple-yet-knowledgeable how-to guides. Blogs that get conversations started or that show readers how to do something will always get more traction and clicks than ones that sound like they’re selling something.

B2B companies, products, and services often require a slightly different approach to content marketing. Customer sales cycles are more drawn out and require various, targeted content types to help assist decision-makers to the next stage.
