Dropbox allows you to access your files in the cloud, meaning you can be anywhere and still access a file you need. I like it because it sort of acts like an online server, storing all your files (even really big ones) online so that all the members of your team can view and edit them.

Great list of tools. There are a couple of new ones here that I haven’t seen which I will definitely be checking out. One tool you might like to add to the list is http://youzign.com. It’s an online infographics creator that also lets you brand your social media profiles.
