These are terrific. One bit I’d like to add: I look forward to a time when we add a facilitation piece, not just a content push piece. We have devoted centuries to getting in, getting seen, finding buyers. But we come in at the last point of the buying decision path – when they make a solution choice. There is so very much hidden from us (consensus issues, systems issues, people issues) that have little to do with our solution and everything to do with their ability to buy without internal disruption, and current marketing capabilities are not addressing this.
