Thanks for the tips for social media marketing! I have been interested in this for a while, but my experience is very slim. I like that you mentioned that you should connect and integrate your website with your social media pages for easy access. That could be a really great tip, I will definitely keep it in mind for the future in case I need to do any social media marketing.
To avoid this, you should always copy from the original source, paste into a plain text editor (like Notepad on PC), then copy it again from there and paste it into the final destination. This way you will only be pasting in the text and nothing else.

Remember: we’re living in a post-Panda world. The Panda algorithm that once knocked websites down for bad or duplicate content has joined Google’s core algorithm. Google will now crawl your content on a more regular basis (think weeks and months instead of years), so you have to make it top-notch.
Users are much more likely to “like” and share content that includes some imagery. Short text tweets should be transformed into eye-catching graphics with the same message. Writing a blog post with plenty of stats and facts? Consider turning it into an infographic, one of the most-shared forms of content. This marketing course is perfect marketers looking to understand where the marketing field is today and how you can leverage new-age strategies to attract customers. And for those who are keen to continue their learning, this course is part of a larger Digital Marketing Specialization for the University of Illinois.
Hey Brian, was just about to chime in here with the same info—this course used to be free (including all Coursera courses) with an optional upgrade to the specialization, but there was a recent change. I also told my social media interns about the course and that it was free; they were the ones that alerted me that it no longer was. I think some of the other specialization courses are the same now—even if you try to take them individually and without a certificate, they are no longer free. Too bad, because yes, when I took the course a few months ago, it was free and GREAT!
As marketers, sometimes it feels like we’re constantly making educated guesses about how our site visitors are going to interact with our content. While we might design a page to draw our user’s eye to a spot on a page, how do we ever really know where their focus is so that we can improve that experience?
Our new Digital World is dramatically changing the way in products are created, promoted, distributed, and consumed. Although these changes have been revolutionary, we still live in an Analog (or physical) World. For example, even today, over 90… more
