I also told my social media interns about the course and that it was free; they were the ones that alerted me that it no longer was. Looks like Northwestern University in particular no longer allows taking courses that are part of a specialization for free on Coursera. I think some of the other specialization courses are the same now—even if you try to take them individually and without a certificate, they are no longer free. Too bad, because yes, when I took the course a few months ago, it was free and GREAT!
